What does the studio rate include?+

Your selected studio and the equipment, backdrop setup, Wi-Fi, and amenities listed on its page are included.

What is the minimum booking duration?+

Every booking must be at least 1 hour. Longer sessions can be booked in 30-minute increments, subject to availability.

How do I secure my booking?+

Choose an available time, enter your details, accept the terms, and complete the online payment. Your studio is confirmed after the payment is successfully verified.

What happens if my payment fails?+

Your booking remains unconfirmed, but the selected time is temporarily held so you can retry. Complete the payment or contact the studio team within 2 hours; otherwise, the time may be reopened.

How will I receive my confirmation?+

We email your booking details and private reference number after confirmation. You can later retrieve the booking from the Find My Booking page.

Can I extend or reschedule my session?+

Extensions depend on the next slot being available and are charged at the applicable studio rate. A confirmed booking may be rescheduled once when requested at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.

Can I cancel a confirmed booking?+

Confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled. Please review the booking terms before completing your payment.

Can I bring a larger crew or special props?+

Check the studio capacity and rules first. Contact the studio team before booking if you plan to bring heavy props, food setups, smoke, pets, or anything requiring special arrangements.
